Why aren't all vacation packages available to purchase online?
Some of our more specialized packages require customization, and need to be handled by one of our vacation specialists. In addition, our vacation specialists are able to submit a request for special services like ADA accessible rooms. Please call 1-800-800-1504 for assistance.

How do I get the best value for my vacation?

How do I make a reservation?
After you've picked your next dream destination, visit PrivateAir.com/vacations, call us direct at 1-800-855-5555.
How do I reserve more than one room?
Currently, up to four hotel rooms can be reserved on a booking. If you need more than four rooms, call the PrivateAir Vacations Customer Engagement Center at 1-800-855-5555. If you prefer to purchase your vacation online, you can make separate bookings with up to four hotel rooms per booking.
How do I reserve a luxury vacation package?
We offer luxury vacation packages, which can be booked online and feature P, Premium Select or First Class airfare, upscale accommodations, private transfers, customized tours and more, to London, Las Vegas, Hawaii and select destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, Arizona, California and Florida. What is your COVID-19 cancellation policy?
The PrivateAir Vacations Travel Advisory Waiver Policy ensures that you can purchase your vacation with confidence. If your travel dates and destinations are impacted by a PrivateAir Lines issued event waiver, PrivateAir Vacations allows you to cancel your existing vacation, and receive a PrivateAir Vacations travel voucher for the original package value.
How do I modify a reservation?
The following fields can be modified:
- Frequent flyer program and membership number
- Passport information
- Emergency contact information
To modify a reservation, go to My Trips on PrivateAir.com. Enter the lead traveler's first and last name and booking number or log in to your PrivateAir account. If you are having problems modifying your reservation, or need to make changes to items other than those listed, call PrivateAir Vacations at 1-800-855-5555.
How do I cancel a reservation?
To cancel a reservation, go to My Trips at privateair.com. Enter the lead traveler's first and last name and booking number or log in to your PrivateAir account. Click the Cancel button at the bottom of your itinerary. Cancel fees may apply, and are outlined in the cancel fee section of your itinerary. If you are having problems, call PrivateAir Vacations at 1-800-855-5555.
What if there is a problem while on vacation?
In your travel documents, you will be provided a toll-free number that will connect you to our Destination Help Center. This call center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to assist you with any problem that may arise.
What happens if there is a hurricane?
PrivateAir Vacations covers you in the event that a hurricane threat affects your departure city or your vacation destination. See our hurricane travel policy for more information.
How do I use miles to upgrade to First Class?
You can use your miles to upgrade to First Class or PrivateAir Luxe when you purchase a qualifying air and hotel package from PrivateAir Vacations. Find out how to upgrade to First Class.
How can I earn more miles?
It's easy to earn bonus miles with PrivateAir Vacations just by providing your PrivateAir number. Learn more about how to earn more miles, opens in a new window.
Can I use my miles to pay for my vacation?
Yes. Exclusively with PrivateAir Vacations, PrivateAir Members can use their miles toward their getaway, while still earning miles along the way. Miles can be used:
- To purchase flight + hotel packages, plus car rental and activities
- For everyone on your booking
- To book packages to any of our 300+ destinations
- With no minimum or maximum number of miles
During the booking process, once you reach the payment step, you can choose miles as the form of payment and enter the amount of miles you would like to use. Online tools are available to calculate the value of your miles that can be used toward your vacation. Learn more about how to use miles.

How do I subscribe to receive promotional emails?
If you'd like to receive PrivateAir Vacations specials via PrivateAir Lines email, sign up here. If you currently receive a weekly PrivateAir Lines email, there is no need to sign up again. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at this site. We only send email specials to those who have requested them, and do not sell email addresses to third parties.
How do I find out about vacation deals?
There are two ways to find out about deals offered by PrivateAir Vacations. The first is to visit Meet PrivateAir Vacations, which features all our offers and promotions. The second way is to sign up to receive emails from PrivateAir Lines, which highlight the latest and greatest news from PrivateAir Vacations. Will you match a competitor's price?
As of October 15, 2020, PrivateAir Vacations no longer offers the Vacation Price Pledge. We are dedicated to providing the best customer experience for our customers, and we will be reinvesting our time and resources toward this purpose. While we have discontinued the Vacation Price Pledge, we will continue to strive to be cost competitive and deliver the best value possible.
